2006 Sacramento State: Ran in four of the six meets…top finish came at the NCAA West Regional where he was second on the team…top 8K time was 25:27.0 at the Bronco Invitational.

Prior to Sacramento State: Competed at Modesto JC for two years…ran the 400, 800, 1500, 4x400 and 5K for the Pirates…was a two-time all-Central Valley Conference honoree in the 800 and 1500…team won the CVC title in 2006…top 800 time was 1:53.

High School: A 2003 graduate of Manteca HS…competed in track, cross country and basketball for the Buffaloes…was named all-conference in track and cross country and was the team MVP.

Personal: Born Aug. 5, 1985…majoring in communication studies…parents are Sonny Paneda and Daisy Whitaker.
