2010 Season: Ran in all of the team’s meets during his first season…led the team at the Santa Clara Invitational and the Big Sky Championships…finished 19th at the Big Sky meet in a time of 23:15.09…his finish was the eighth-highest in school history…was third on the team at the NCAA West Regional after running 32:18.09 which ranks ninth in program history.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Santa Rosa HS…was named the Male Track Athlete of the Year by the Santa Rosa Press Democrat as a senior…also earned the newspaper's Runner of the Year award for cross country…set the Empire record in the 3,200 after running 8:59.89 at the Arcadia Invitational…other bests include 4:11.83 in the 1,600…placed ninth at the California Div. II meet with a time of 15:23 in 2009…also wont the North Coast Section Div. II title and finished 29th at the West Regional of the Foot Locker National Championships.
