2010 Season: Competed in five meets…placed eighth at the Hornet Jamboree after running the 4-mile course in 20:26…ran 31:59.90 at the NCAA West Regional which ranks as the sixth fastest time by a Hornet at the meet.

2009 Season: Redshirted during the cross country season.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Mt. Whitney HS in Visalia, Calif…competed in cross country and track & field for the Pioneers…earned All-America, all-Tulare County and all-West Yosemite League honors in cross country as a senior…named second team all-Central Section in 2007…in track, he was the WYL champion in the 800 as a junior…named all-WYL and first team all-Tulare County…team won a share of three WYL cross country titles…top times were 49.9 in the 800, 1:56.67 in the 800, 4:27 in the 1,600, 9:42.40 in the 3,200 and 16:03 in the 5K.

 Born Aug. 1, 1991…has yet to declare a major…parents are Larry Younger and Carlo Barrientos.
