2016 Cross Country: Was in the lineup for all six meets…recorded a pair of top 20 finishes…fastest 6K time was 22:52.0 at the Santa Clara Broncos Invitational.

2015 Cross Country: Was a member of the team but did not compete in a meet.

Prior to Sacramento State: Competed in track and field and cross country at Azusa Pacific as a freshman and Cerritos JC as a sophomore…finished fifth at the California State JC Championships after running 2:15.48 in 2015…set her PR at the Southern California Championships where she posted a time of 2:14.22 to place fifth in the finals…other bests included 1:02.25 in the 400 and 4:54.13 in the 1500…ran 2:20.54 in the 800, 5:09.10 in the 1500 for her fastest times at APU.

High School: A 2013 graduate of Downey HS.

Personal: Majoring in kinesiology…parents are Giovana Canon and Juan Orozco…has three younger siblings.
