2012 Cross Country: Ran in the first four meets of the year before suffering an injury…was among the top three finishers on the team in three of those meets…placed fourth at the Hornet Jamboree and was ninth at the Aggie Open.

2011 Cross Country: 
Redshirted during the year.

2010 Cross Country:
 Paced Sacramento State in the first two meets of the season…finished fifth at the Hornet Jamboree with a 4-mile time of 20:22…was 12th at the UC Riverside Invitational in 24:34.4…competed in five meets overall.

2009 Cross Country: Competed in six meets…led the team at the Hornet Jamboree and placed fourth overall with a 4-mile time of 19:54…was second on the team in three other meets…best 8K time was 24:46 at Santa Clara where he placed eighth overall.

2008 Cross Country: Ran five meets during his freshman season…ran 25:20 at the Big Sky Championships for his best 8K time…that mark ranks eighth in school history at the meet.

High School: Graduated from Woodcreek HS in 2008…earned all-state honors as a senior…finished sixth at the Div. II state meet in 2007…was the Sierra Foothill League champion in 2006 and 2007…helped lead the team to a pair of SFL titles and the 2007 Sac-Joaquin Section crown…top track times were 2:00.09 in the 800, 4:03.01 in the 1500 and 8:47.57 in the 3000.
