Appeared in 22 matches, including 33 games...averaged 0.76 kills and 0.30 digs per game...season-high five kills came at Montana State...had four kills and a .600 hitting percentage (4-1-5) in home win over Northern Colorado...also had four kills at home against Manhattan.

High School

A 2007 graduate of Pleasant Grove High School in Utah...played four years of varsity volleyball for the Vikings...started at three positions (middle, outside and rightside hitter) during her final three years with the team...led Pleasant Grove to a 5A state championship and a 34-1 record in 2005...led the 2004 team to a 26-3 record and a runner-up finish at the state championships...a first team all-state, all-region and all-Valley selection, team captain and team MVP during her senior season after averaging 2.70 kills, 2.00 digs and 0.90 aces per game...finished the year with 100 aces, the second best mark in state history...an honorable mention all-Valley selection as a junior after finishing with 131 kills...an honorable mention all-region selection as a sophomore after finishing with 121 kills and a .420 hitting percentage...a three-time academic all-region selection, National Scholar-Athlete Award winner, and 2005 nominee for academic all-state (3.96 gpa).

Personal
Born May 2, 1989...parents are Edward and Jill Mendivil...an undeclared major with a 3.46 gpa...in 2006, she played for the Intermountain Volleyball Association's High Performance Junior Team that played in the Global Challenge in Italy, Slovenia and Austria...played the last seven years for the High Country Volleyball club team in Salt Lake City.
