AS A SENIOR (2007)
Named first team all-Big Sky for the third consecutive season…won her final 22 matches of the regular season and finished with a career best record of 22-1…that includes a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Stanford's Megan Doheny at No. 6 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament...only loss came against Cal in the season opener…split her time between No. 5 and No. 6 in the ladder…all but one of her matches were decided in two sets…was 6-4 in doubles play, including a 5-1 record with Katrina Zheltova…twice named Big Sky Player of the Week...finished her career with dual match of 80-13 in singles play and 49-17 in doubles play.

AS A JUNIOR (2006)

Was named first team all-Big Sky Conference for the second straight season...posted a team-best 15-6 record in singles play, finishing 7-0 at the No. 4 spot and 7-6 at No. 5...went 6-0 in Big Sky play, without dropping a set...combined to finish 10-10 in doubles competition this season...received her second career Big Sky Women’s Tennis Player of the Week award on Feb. 14 after a 3-0 performance that included a three-set victory over 67th-ranked Preehti Mukundan of Harvard...her singles career record is now 58-13...in the NCAA Tournament, teamed with Karina Jarlkaganova at the No. 3 doubles spot, falling 8-0 to Fresno State...competing in the No. 5 singles spot, dropped her match (6-2, 6-2).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2005)
Named first team all-Big Sky Conference after tallying a 23-3 record in singles play...one of her two losses came after retiring in the second set because of injury...had a streak of 18 consecutive singles victories...21 of her 23 singles wins came in straight sets...ranked as high as 61st during the season...in doubles play, she combined for a 15-8 record (12-4 with Fessenko at No. 3, and 3-4 with Karnaukhova at No. 1)...named Big Sky Player of the Week on Feb. 15...outscored her opponents by 6-2 or better in 34 different sets.

AS A FRESHMAN (2004)
Named honorable mention all-Big Sky Conference after posting a 20-3 singles mark, with her only losses coming against ranked teams (Fresno State, Pepperdine and Cal)...one of five Hornets to receive all-conference honors...went 1-0 at No. 3, 4-0 at No. 4, 5-1 at No. 5, and 10-2 at No. 6 singles...played at No. 6 singles in two Big Sky Tournament matches...posted 6-0, 6-0 victories in both matches of the tournament...all but three of her singles victories came in straight sets...had a 10-match winning streak and won 17 of her first 19 matches of the season...posted an 18-5 record at doubles, primarily at the No. 3 position (13-5 overall record) with Roberta Fessenko...also went 4-0 at No. 2 with Fessenko...was victorious in her final six doubles matches of the year.

PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
Played 12 years at Jarfalla Tennis Club in Sweden...won three Swedish championships (one singles, two doubles)...ranked among the top five Swedish players every year from ages 12-18...at age 13, she won the Kalle Anka Cup Tournament in Sweden...at age 14, she represented Sweden in the European Championship.
 
PERSONAL
Born Feb. 19, 1983...daughter of Gun and Thomas Helland...a communication studies major with a 3.08 gpa...on pace to graduate in the fall of 2007.
