AS A JUNIOR (2008)
Earned honorable mention all-Big Sky Conference honors after posting a 16-9 record in dual match singles play, primarily at the Nos. 5 and 6 singles positions...collected a 6-1 mark in Big Sky Conference play...went 8-2 at No. 5 singles, including a perfect 8-0 record in her final eight matches at the position...posted a 5-9 record in doubles play with three different partners...overall, including the fall season, she posted a 19-17 singles record and a 12-14 doubles record.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2007)
Earned honorable mention all-Big Sky accolades…was 15-6 in singles play…posted an 8-1 record at No. 4 and a 7-5 mark at No. 5…won her final nine matches prior to the NCAA Tournament…eight of those wins came in straight sets…opened the year with three straight losses but then went 15-3…was 7-0 in Big Sky matches…was 10-10 in doubles play with four partners…played at all three doubles spots during the year…was twice named Big Sky Player of the Week...a Big Sky all-academic selection.

AS A FRESHMAN (2006)
Named first team all-Big Sky...finished with a 10-6 singles record, producing a 4-0 undefeated record at the No. 2 spot and going 6-6 at the No. 3 spot...went 11-5 in doubles play, mostly at the No. 2 spot with Luba Schifris...named Big Sky Tennis Player of the Week on March 14...twice maintained four-match winning streaks during the year...against Fresno State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, she teamed with Schifris to earn an 8-3 win at No. 2 doubles.

PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
Graduated from Instituto Santa Monica in Edo, Mexico...won her first national tournament at the age of 12...was ranked as high No. 2 in Mexico as a junior...also played in South America, France and Spain...competed at the Orange Bowl three times.

PERSONAL
Born Jan. 11, 1988...daughter of Alma Gutierrez Sanchez and Adalid Martinez Rueda...a communication studies major with a 3.12 gpa.
