WOMEN'S TENNIS IMPROVES TO 4-0 IN BIG SKY PLAY WITH WIN AT NORTHERN ARIZONA

Tatsiana Kapshai allowed just three total points in her doubles and singles matches at NAU.
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - The Sacramento State women's tennis team improved to 4-0 in Big Sky Conference matches after a 6-1 win at Northern Arizona on Sunday afternoon at the Flagstaff Athletic Club.
The Hornets have now won an incredible 86 straight Big Sky Conference matches (regular season and conference tournament included).
On Sunday, Sacramento State took two of the three doubles matches to win the doubles point. Tatsiana Kapshai and Rebeca Delgado were perfect in an 8-0 win at No. 1 doubles while Maria Meliuk and Clarisse Baca were victorious, 8-4, at No. 2.
In singles play, the Hornets won all but one match. Kapshai had a perfect set in a 6-3, 6-0 win at No. 1 while Baca, Delgado, Sophie Lohscheidt and Meliuk also won in straight sets.
Up next for Sacramento State is a match at Long Beach State on March 8 before playing both Nevada and USD in San Diego, Calif., on March 10-11, respectively.
