FRESHMAN (2018): Frana went 2-2 overall in her debut season with the Hornets, including 1-1 against Big Sky competition...Her first career win came on the road at Northern Colorado, winning in straight sets in the No. 6 position...all four of her matches were played at the No. 6 position and her second win came at home against UC Irvine, also in straight sets...Went 2-6 in doubles competition overall but was 2-2 againast Big Sky doubles opponents...won both her doubles matches with partner Shamika Dhar at No. 3, one at Montana and another at Montana State.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended the British School of Bahrain in Bahrain, just outside of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates...Played tennis all four years at the British School of Bahrain and never lost a match...Was named the Player of the Year for tennis in 2013, 2014, and 2015...Also awarded the Certificate of Achievement in Physical Education in 2013...Was also a talented track athlete, going undefeated in the 1500m Track all four years...Played for the JC Tennis Academy in Bahrain for six years...Named the club's Best Player in 2016 while taking home the JC Second Grand Prix Series MVP in 2013.
PERSONAL: Parents are Roland and Maria Lenac Ugarkovic...Born in Croatia, but spent high school years in Bahrain...Received a Certificate of Commendation for Information Technology from her high school in 2015...Has a passion for film, including running her own YouTube channel...Major is Business and Finance.
