AS A SENIOR (2008)
Earned all-Big Sky honors for the fourth time in career, earning honorable mention accolades during her senior campaign...saw action in all 19 matches, making 18 starts...finishes her career tied four first in program history in matches played with 80, and second in matches started with 77...played in every match the Hornets competed in during her four years in the Green and Gold... as a senior led the team in assists with four, while also tallying a goal against Miami on Sept. 19...took 21 shots on the season, eight of which were on goal.

AS A JUNIOR (2007)

Earned second team all-Big Sky honors after anchoring the Hornets’ defensive midfield...the team’s number one option on set pieces, Howard headed in two goals, while adding an assist...one of just three Hornets to start all 21 contests, while making her presence known in the midfield, winning many balls on goal kicks and free kicks with her leaping ability.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2006)
A top player for Sacramento State, Howard was one of four players to start all 21 matches...the team’s defensive midfielder, Howard was named Big Sky honorable mention after scoring four goals and one assist...for the second consecutive year, she was named to the Big Sky all-tournament team...her biggest shot of the season was a 20-yard floater over the top of the Montana goalkeeper in the Big Sky Tournament semifinal, tying the match at 1-1 in the 58th minute...then scored for Sacramento State against Idaho State in the championship finals...she also assisted on the game-tying goal in 2-1 victory over Causeway rival UC Davis.

AS A FRESHMAN (2005)
One of the Hornets’ top newcomers, quickly earned her a spot in the starting 11...finished the year with two goals and one assist after starting 17-of-19 matches...scored her first career goal heading in Marissa Condren’s free kick to tie Eastern Washington 1-1 on Oct. 7...that same weekend, she tallied an assist on Katie McCoy’s goal in the Hornets’ 2-0 shutout of Montana on Oct. 9...was named Big Sky Offensive Player of the Week for her efforts...was named to the all tournament team...earned Big Sky honorable mention accolades.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2005 graduate of Chino HS in Chino, Calif...played four years in the midfield for head coach Robby Blackmore... as a junior, she was named MVP of the Sierra League after scoring 22 goals in 21 games...as a sophomore, she was named second team all-Sierra League and team defensive MVP...played with OJSC Northstars’ club team along with current Hornet Ashley Rosenbery for five years.
