SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Sophomore forward Lisa Wrightsman was named Big

Sky Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, for the week of Aug.

28-Sept. 3, after scoring the only two goals in a 2-0 Hornet victory

over San Jose State last week.

In addition to last week's performance, the Elk Grove, Calif. native

Eastern Washington in Big Sky action on Wednesday. She now has a

team-leading 13 points (six golas and one assist) for the season.

In her second year with the team, Wrightsman has been a key factor in

The team (4-0-1, 1-0 Big Sky) will look to extend their record start as

the Hornets host Pacific on Friday, Sept. 8, at 4 p.m.
