Prior to Sacramento State: Competed at American Gymnastics Academy…coached by Carol and Shane McIntyre…was named the club’s Gymnast of the Year in 2010…was a two-time silver medalist on bars at Western Nationals…finished first on floor at the 2010 Western Nationals…helped the team to three Regional I team titles…was a club teammate of Hayley Gasper who is currently competing for Oregon State.

Personal: Has yet to declare a major…parents are Sherri and Ronald Bottano…a 2012 graduate of Wilson HS in Long Beach, Calif…was a member of the school’s surf team.
