SHUTLER NAMED BLACK CLOVER BIG SKY GOLFER OF THE WEEK

OGDEN, Utah — Senior Julie Shutler was named the Black Clover Big Sky Conference Golfer of the Week, it was announced today. Shutler finished seventh at the WSU Cougar Cup in Pullman, Wash., and recorded the ninth-best 54-hole total in school history.

The Manteca, Calif., native shot 76-76-72-224 and had the low score on the team for all three rounds. Her total is the second best of her career and was the lowest among the 25 Big Sky golfers in the field.


The award is the fourth Big Sky Golfer of the Week for Shutler during her career.

Sacramento State will next compete at the Nevada Invitational on Oct. 3.
