As a junior (2006): Competed with the varsity eight all season in the  bow, two and four seats...rowed primarily at the two seat, including  with the varsity eight that won gold at the WIRA Championships...won  the single and raced in the lightweight eight at the PCRC’s.

As a sophomore (2005): Competed with the second varsity eight in each race, twice at bow and nine times in the three seat...won a bronze  medal in the single at the Pacific Coast Rowing Championships...won a  silver medal with the second varsity eight at the WIRA Championships.

As a freshman (2004): Competed with the second varsity eight (three seat) in all but two races because of a shoulder injury...the JV8 was undefeated in three dual- meet races and the WIRA Championships with Deslauriers in the boat.

High School: A 2002 graduate of Internationale High School in Saint-Hubert, Quebec...began competing with the Montreal Rowing Club in 2000, and was named Junior Athlete of the Year in 2002...placed fourth in the single scull at the 2002 Canadian High School Championships...competed in skiing for the Mont-Tremblant Racing Team...finished in the top 20 at the 1997 Skiing National Championships.

Personal: Born April 18, 1985...parents are Jean and Diane  Deslauriers...a biology major that speaks French, Spanish and English fluently...has a personal-best time of 7:16.3 on  the 2,000-meter ergometer...member of the Quebec provincial team since 2001...at the 2003 Canada Cup (Canadian  national championships), she won a gold medal as a part of the quad, a bronze in the double, and a fourth-place finish in the single...at the 2005 Canada Games (which take place every four years), she placed third in the double and fifth in the  quad...invited to the Canadian National Team training camp in Victoria, Canada last year and tried out for the under-23 World Championships Team  (lightweight double sculls)...trained with the team during the summer 2006.
