As a sophomore (2006): Sat at bow with the novice eight for nearly the entire season...including the WIRA Championships, where the boat won a bronze medal...sat at bow with the second varsity eight against Santa Clara...stroked the lightweight eight at the PCRC’s...also sat at bow with the lightweight four.

Prior to Sacramento State: Attended Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, Ariz., as a student from 2003-05.

High School: A 2003 graduate of Tempe High School...competed four years (1999-03) for the Tempe Junior Crew team at bow, stroke and the two seat...rowed with the fourth-place finishing lightweight four at the 2002 Southwest Junior Regional Championships...graduated sixth in her class from high school.

Personal: Born Sept. 19, 1984...a history major with a 3.66 gpa...parents are Peter and Maureen DeCindis.
