As a junior (2012): Sat at bow in the varsity four in the boat’s final seven races…won a silver medal with the varsity four at the WIRA Championships, and a bronze at the Pacific Coast Rowing Championships…began the season with the third varsity four before the promotion to the varsity four.
As a sophomore (2011): Sat in the three seat with the novice lightweight four in three races during the spring…Oberg was victorious with the boat in all three of those races, including winning gold at both the WIRA Championships and Pacific Coast Rowing Championships.
