As a freshman (2008): Rowed with the novice eight in every spring race in the four, five and six seats...competed with the boat primarily in the six seat...also sat in the novice four in two races (bow once, three seat once)...sat at three with the team’s silver-medal winning novice four at the Pacific Coast Rowing Championships.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Rosemont High School in Sacramento...ran one year of both cross country and track, and four years of soccer...member of the 2007 Rosemont soccer team that finished as co-champions of the Metro League.

Personal: Born March 2, 1989...parents are Doug and Cindy Woolston...a major in English and a minor in history...played three years of club soccer, and was team captain for the River City Metro.
