As a junior (2008): Competed the first two races of the spring in the bow seat of the varsity eight, switched over to the second varsity eight (seven seat) the next three races, and the final four races of the season back in the varsity eight at bow...sat at bow with the silver-medal winning varsity eight at the Dad Vail Regatta...also was the coxswain of the novice lightweight four on a pair of occasions, including the WIRA Championships...during the summer, she won three medals as a member of the Thompson Rowing Center (Washington D.C.) at the USRowing Club National Championships...won a gold with the lightweight eight, and bronze medals with both the lightweight senior four, and lightweight senior pair...also won four silver medals at the Canadian Henley Regatta as a member of Thompson’s lightweight senior eight, lightweight senior B eight, lightweight senior four and lightweight senior pair.
As a sophomore (2007): Sat at bow with the varsity eight in every race despite having just one year of rowing experience prior to the season...also sat at bow with the varsity four on two occasions...won a gold and silver medal with the Chicago Rowing Center at the 2007 USRowing Club National Championships as a member of the intermediate lightweight four (gold medal - three seat) and the senior lightweight four (silver medal - three seat).
As a freshman (2006): Sat in the seven seat with the novice eight in all but one spring race...that included the boat’s bronze medal winning performance at the WIRA Championships.
High School: A 2005 graduate of Piner High School in Santa Rosa, Calif.
