As a junior (2007): Rowed with the novice eight in every race...sat in the bow, two, three, four and five seats...sat in the five seat at both the WIRA and Pac-10 Championships...named the novice squad’s most inspirational rower.

Prior to Sacramento State: Attended UC Santa Cruz from 2004-06...played for the Banana Slugs rugby team in 2004-05...helped the team to a 2005 league championship.
High School: A 2004 graduate of Sheldon High School in Sacramento...competed for the swim team in 2002 and 2004.

Personal: Born March 27, 1986...parents are Frank and Sue...a business major (marketing emphasis) with a 3.39 gpa...has a 2,000-meter erg time of 7:38.3...has performed in theatre for six years, including the 2004 Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland.
