As a junior (2007): Competed with the team’s second varsity eight and second varsity eight B boats...also rowed with the Hornets’ varsity four B and C boats...sat in the four seat with the team’s Open Eight which won bronze at the Pacific Coast Rowing Championships.

Prior to Sacramento State: Rowed for Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, Calif., for two years (2004-06)...sat at both port and starboard.

High School: A 2004 graduate of Torrey Pines High School in San Diego...rowed from 2000-04 for her high school club team...named team MVP in 2002-03...posted a 2000-meter ergometer time of 7:28.7, which was the fastest 2K time at the boathouse.

Personal: Born Aug. 31, 1985...daughter of Mary Cavanagh...a criminal justice major...has a personal best time of 7:14.6 on the 2,000-meter ergometer test.
