As a sophomore (2007): Sat at stroke for the Hornets’ varsity four in four races...also stroked the second varsity eight B in one race.

As a freshman (2006): Competed with the novice eight in every spring race...sat in the four seat for the first three races before finishing the rest of the year in the two seat...that includes the WIRA Championships where the novice eight won a bronze medal.

High School: A 2005 graduate of California High School in San Ramon, Calif...played soccer for two years as the team’s center midfielder and striker.

Personal: Born May 14, 1987...parents are Ken and Kerri Thole...a photography major with a 3.06 gpa...has a 2,000-meter erg time of 7:39.4.
