As a junior (2007): Competed in the five seat with the varsity eight in every race...has rowed with the varsity eight in 10 consecutive races dating back to last season...also sat in the three seat with the varsity four in three races...recipient of the National Scholar Athlete Award, which recognizes rowing student-athletes with a 3.5 or higher cumulative gpa.

As a sophomore (2006): Competed primarily with the second varsity eight in both the five and seven seats...rowed with the varsity eight for the first time in her career at the Pac-10 Championships in the six seat...helped the V8 to a third place finish in the petite final at the Pac-10’s.

As a freshman (2005): Competed with the novice eight in the seven seat in every race...helped the novice eight to its first-ever gold medal at the WIRA Championships...also competed with the novice four (three seat) in the team’s first two races of the spring.

High School: A 2003 graduate of Napa High School...competed four years of softball, and two years of both volleyball and golf for the Indians...starting first baseman for the Monticello Empire League champion softball team in 2002 and 2003...named all-league after playing every inning of every game in softball during her senior season...also all-league in golf (2002)...member of the school’s honor roll every year.

Personal: Born Jan. 28, 1985...parents are Lonnie and Tammy Hill...a liberal studies major with a 3.62 gpa...has a 2,000-meter erg time of 7:11.2.
