As a junior (2007): Voted most inspirational by the team after stroking the varsity eight in every spring race...also stroked the varsity four on three occasions...has competed with the varsity eight in all but one race during her three-year career (did not sit with the V8 at the Knecht Cup as a freshman)...won four gold medals (in the Championship Eight, Senior Eight, Senior B Eight and Eight Dash) as a member of Philadelphia’s Vesper Boat Club at the Canadian Henley Regatta in August...also won gold and silver medals at the USRowing Club National Championships in July...won gold with the Senior Four, and silver with the Intermediate Eight at that event.

As a sophomore (2006): Competed with the varsity eight in every spring race, primarily in the five seat...also competed two times in the four seat...sat in the five seat with the varsity eight which won the WIRA championship...also sat in the five seat at the Pac-10’s.

As a freshman (2005): Competed in the three seat with the varsity eight in every race except for the Knecht Cup in New Jersey...however, at the Knecht Cup, she competed in the two seat with the varsity four which placed fourth.

2003-04 Season: Took a medical redshirt.

High School: A 2003 graduate of Justin-Siena High School in Napa, Calif...competed in four sports for the Braves, including four years of swimming, two years of cheerleading, and one season each of volleyball and basketball...in swimming, she competed in the breast stroke and butterfly.

Personal: Born May 26, 1985...parents are Stewart and Kathleen Chenard...a government major with a 3.0 gpa...has a 2,000-meter erg time of 7:00.1.
