BOSTON, Mass.-- Sacramento State placed well in the largest two-day
rowing tournament in the country with a 24th- place finish out of 57
school in Women's Championship 8 at the Head of the Charles over the
weekend in Boston, Mass.
The Hornets finished with a time of 17:51.99 and was .64 seconds away
from the 23rd place University of Massachusetts.
Princeton University was the champion with a time of 17:42.94.
Last season, the Hornets finished in 32nd-place.
Sacramento State will next host the Head of the American at the Aquatic
Center on Sat, Oct. 28.
