ROWING HOSTS EIGHTH-ANNUAL SILENT AUCTION ON SATURDAY, MARCH 16

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The eighth-annual Sacramento State Rowing Silent Auction, which supports the Hornet women’s rowing team, will take place on Saturday, March 16, from 3-5 p.m.

The silent auction will take place at the Sacramento State Aquatic Center, on the second floor of the Administration building. Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for students, and includes food and beverages. For more information, contact head women’s rowing coach Mike Connors at (916) 278-4265 or connors@csus.edu.

The Sacramento State Rowing Invitational will be held earlier in the day at the Aquatic Center (racing begins at 8 a.m.). Crews from Sacramento State, Portland, Saint Mary’s, Humboldt State, UC San Diego and Mills College will compete at the event. The regatta is the Hornets’ spring opener.
