    SAN FRANCISCO – Sacramento State led for nearly 30 minutes on Saturday at San Francisco, but it was the Dons who led at the end, coming from behind to hand the Hornets an 87-82 loss at War Memorial Gym.

Tip off against the Dons is scheduled for 2:05 pm on Saturday, Dec. 14 at War Memorial Gym. The Hornets are looking to snap a three-game skid before returning home to host Ohio State next Tuesday.

    SEATTLE, Wash. – Sacramento State and Seattle U traded leads 10 times in Friday’s midday matchup, but in the end the Hornets were unable to stop the Redhawks from pulling away late, falling on the road, 88-84.

    SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Sacramento State women's basketball team continues it's season-long road trip with a Friday morning matchup at the Redhawks of Seattle U. Tip off is scheduled for 11 a.m as the Hornets look to snap their current three-game skid. The team should have plenty of fans in attendance Friday morning as the trip serves as a homecoming of sorts for a number of Hornets who come from Seattle or the greater Seattle region.

    DAVIS, Calif. – Despite leading for 42 minutes Tuesday night and a 30-point performance by senior forward Kennedy Nicholas, Sacramento State fell on the road, 77-75, in double overtime at UC Davis.

    SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Sacramento State women's basketball will look to be the third Hornets team to defeat UC Davis in the last week when they travel to the Aggies' home court on Tuesday night. Men's basketball beat the Aggies, 61-51, last Wednesday at Golden 1 before #4 Hornet football won the 66th annual Causeway Classic, 27-17, this past Saturday.

Sacramento State enters Wednesday's game averaging 75 points per game and leads the Big Sky in five different categories.
