SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Fans are encouraged to wear white t-shirts to Thursday’s women''s basketball game between Sacramento State and Eastern Washington. The first 200 fans will receive a free white Sacramento State t-shirt as part of the "Whiteout The Nest" promotion, sponsred by Miller Lite. Tip-off at the Hornets Nest is 7:05 p.m.The men’s team invites Hornet Fans to white out the Nest at 7:05 p.m., on Thursday, Feb. 9, when the teams hosts Big Sky Conference rival Weber State. The first 400 fans will receive free white T-shirts at the door to wear and support the Hornets.
The women’s team will also participate in the NCAA nationally sponsored “Take a Kid to the Game Day,” on Saturday, Feb. 4. The Hornets will host Portland State at 2:05 p.m., with special giveaways and in-game promotions for all kids in attendance.
