2008 Season: Earned all-Big Sky honors in the pole vault by placing third with a season best of 12-02.50…was fourth in the 100-hurdles (14.28) and seventh in the triple jump (37-05.25)…indoors, top marks were 9.15 in the 60H, 37-01.25 in the triple jump and 11-11.75 in the pole vault.

2007 Season: Scored in two events at the Big Sky Championships, placing sixth in the pole vault and eighth in the triple jump…top pole vault was 11-11.75 in three meets…that mark ranks fourth in school history…ran a season best 14.45 in the semifinals of the 100-hurdles at the Big Sky meet…best triple jump of 37-08.50 came at the Big Sky Championships…indoors, she earned all-Big Sky honors after placing third at the Big Sky meet in the pole vault…cleared 12-09.00 to break the school record by 13.25 inches…was fifth in the 55-hurdles after running 8.38…competed in the pentathlon at the UW Invitational.

High School: A 2006 graduate of Ponderosa HS in Shingle Springs, Calif…was a four-year member of the track and field team…competed in hurdles, long jump, triple jump and pole vault…was the Sierra Valley Conference champion in the 100-hurdles and pole vault as a senior…top marks include 11-09.00 in the pole vault and 15.10 in the hurdles…was the school’s 2006 Student Scholar Athlete of the Year.

Personal: Born May 28, 1988…plans to major in business and would like to own her own interior design company…parents are Joel and Shannon Violett.
