2008 Cross Country: Earned all-Big Sky honors after placing sixth at the conference championships…led the team in all seven meets in which she competed…had five top-seven finishes…best 6K time was 21:17 at the NCAA West Regional…that mark was the fastest at the regional in school history…also set the school record by running 17:31 in the 5K at the Big Sky Championship.

2008 Season: Earned all-Big Sky honors by finished third in the steeplechase at the Big Sky Championships (10:39.56)…broke her own school record at the NCAA West Regional with a time of 10:27.53…top 5K time was 16:51.92…indoors, she scored for the team in the mile by placing sixth in 5:05.23.

2007 Cross Country: Redshirted during the cross country season.

2007 Season: Ranked second on the team in the 1500, 3K and 5K…top times were 4:41.66 in the 1500, 10:20.28 in the 3K and 17:09.34 in the 5K…indoors, she competed in one meet in the 3K and also ran on the distance medley relay.

2006 Cross Country: Was named all-Big Sky Conference after finishing seventh at the league championships…ran 17:56.2 over the 5K course…led the team in all six meets…placed second at the Hornet Jamboree and was 10th at the Bronco Invitational…top time was 17:53 at Santa Clara.

2006 Season: Ran the 1,500, 3K and 5K during the outdoor season…had the fastest time on the team in the 3K and 5K…finished the 5K in 18:28.24…indoors, she ran the 800 and 1,000. 2005 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets…led the team at the Big Sky Championships (19:46)…was second on the squad at the Aggie Open.

High School: Graduated from Tracy HS in 2005…competed in four years of cross country, three years of soccer and one year of track…was a four-time all-conference selection in cross country…qualified for the state meet all four years…was the San Joaquin Athletic Association cross country champion in 2003 and was the SJAA mile winner as a senior…top 5K cross country time was 19:14…ran 10:50 in the 3K to set the school record…in soccer, she was twice named all-league as a central midfielder…played four years on the Olympic Development Program team.

Personal: Born Jan. 20, 1987…a criminal justice major…daughter of Charles and Sharon Holtz.
