2008 Season: Was the Big Sky champion in the 110-hurdles and the long jump and earned all-league honors by finishing third in the 100…qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the long jump and 110-hurdles…also advanced to the USATF Junior Nationals and the IAAF Junior World Championships in Poland in the 110H…placed third at the USATF Juniors and was 17th at the world meet…ran 14.29 in the 110H for his best time…other bests included 10.70 in the 100 and 23-09.50 in the long jump…indoors, was named all-league after finishing third in the 60-hurdles…was fourth in the long jump and fifth in the 60…set PRs in each event at the meet.
High School: A 2007 graduate of Helix HS in La Mesa, Calif…competed in track, football and basketball for the Scotties…finished eighth in the state in the 110-hurdles as a junior…named team MVP during his final two years…was an all-CIF and all-Grossmont League selection…ran 14.1 in the 110-hurdles at the state meet…set the school stadium record with a time of 13.9…was the Grossmont League champion in the long jump with a mark of 22-4.
