2008 Season: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the shot put, discus and hammer…led the team in all three events…top marks were 48-11.50 (SP), 155-09 (DIS) and 164-05 (HAM)…did not compete indoors.

2007 Season: Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

High School: A 2006 graduate of Sheldon HS in Elk Grove, Calif…participated in track, wrestling and football all four years…was named the school’s Best Male Athlete as a senior…was the team’s most valuable athlete in 2006 and most valuable field athlete in 2005…top marks were 155-07 in the discus and 52-10 in the shot put.

Personal: Born Sept. 13, 1988…plans to major in kinesiology and would like to become a physical therapist…parents are Gary and Nita Weldon.
