2008 Season: Scored at the Big Sky Championships in both the 5K and steeplechase…PRed in the steeplechase by over two seconds after running 9:24.17 to place sixth…was fifth in the 5K…top 5K time was 14:39.27 at Stanford…indoors, ran the 3K in one meet.

2007 Cross Country: Competed in five of the team’s six meets...was one of the team’s top two finishers in four of those meets...led the Hornets at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 25:10 which placed 12th overall...finished fifth at the Hornet Jamboree after running a season best 24:41.

2007 Season: Primarily competed in the 1500…top time was 4:00.14 at the Sacramento State open…also ran the 5K in one meet…indoors, ran the 3K and the 5K.

2006 Cross Country: Ran in five of the six meets…was second on the team in the first two meets…finished fifth at the Nevada Chase Race…top 8K time was 25:34.0 at the Hornet Jamboree.

2006 Season: Redshirted during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2005 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…led the team at the Big Sky Championships (26:53).

High School: Graduated from Clayton Valley HS in 2005…ran cross country and track and also played one year of football…was MVP of the cross country as a senior…top times were 4:32 in the 1,600 and 10:12 in the 3,200.

Personal: Born May 21, 1987…majoring in communication studies…would like to attend dental school following graduation…mother is Gail Szehner.
