2008 Season: Competed in the 3K, 5K and steeplechase…did not compete during the indoor season.

2007 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets...was among the top two finishers on the team in the first three meets of the year...top 8K time was 24:41 at the Hornet Jamboree.

2007 Season: Ran the 5K and 10K during the outdoor season…indoors, he competed in the 5K.

2006 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets…led the team at the NCAA West Regional…also had three second place finishes…top 8K time was 25:13.0 at the Stanford Invitational.

2006 Season: Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2005 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets…top time was 26:14 at the Stanford Invitational.

High School: A 2005 graduate of Marietta HS in Marietta, Ohio…ran four years of track and three years of cross country for the Tigers…also competed in one season of crew and basketball…was named all-district and all-league all four years in cross country…garnered all-state honors once…was a three-time all-league honoree in the 3,200…won the league title in the event his final three years…top time was 9:49.
