Last season, McFarlane won the Big Sky indoor title in the long jump with a mark of 24-09.75. He also helped the Hornets win their first conference crown by placing third in the 55 and sixth in the 200.

Sacramento State will be back in action on Saturday, Feb. 16, when it travels to Seattle for the Husky Classic hosted by Washington.
