2014 Season: Redshirted during the outdoor season…indoors, she competed at the Big Sky Championships in the 3K and 5K…also ran the mile in one meet…fastest 3K was 10:18.59 at the Jacksons Invitational…best 5K was 17:16.21 at the Husky Classic.
2013 Season: Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the 5K and 10K…was the Big Sky champion in the 10K and placed seventh in the 5K…best 10K time was 34:30.22 at the Stanford Invitational…ran 16:32.13 at the Mt. SAC Relays for her PR in the 5K…that time places her third in school history…indoors, she qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the 5K…moved into second place in school history with a 5K time of 17:03.42 at the UW Open.
2012 Cross Country: Redshirted during the season.
2012 Season: Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary in the 5K and 10K…finished fourth at the Big Sky Championships in the 10K…ran 34:18.12 at the Stanford Invitational for the second fastest time in school history…also ranks third in the 5K with a time of 16:45.22 at the Mt. SAC Relays…did not compete during the indoor season.
2011 Season: Ran the 3K and the 5K during her first outdoor season…qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the 5K…best time was 17:31.70 at the Brutus Hamilton Open…redshirted during the indoor season.
2010 Cross Country: Competed in six meets as a true freshman…placed second on the team in her first three meets…placed 14th overall at the Hornet Jamboree…was 10th at the Willow Hills Invitational…ran 17:57.2 at the Santa Clara Invitational for her top 5K time.
High School: A 2010 graduate of Rio Americano HS in Sacramento…qualified for the state meet finials in the 3,200 in 2010…advanced to the meet after winning the Sac-Joaquin Section masters meet and Div. II title…was also the Capital Athletic League champion in the 3,200 and 1,600…top times during the year were 10:55.94 in the 3,200 and 5:09.93 in the 1,600…became the first Rio Americano female to qualify for the California State Cross Country Championships since 1996 when she competed this past fall…ran a career best 18:58 at the state meet and also finished third at the Sac-Joaquin sub-section with a time of 19:31.
