2014 Season: Competed solely during the indoor season…was the Big Sky Champion in the 5K after running 17:33.29…also competed in the mile and the 3K at the Big Sky meet…ran 5:08.13 in the mile at that meet for her season best…fastest 3K was 10:14.29 at the Jacksons Invitational…finished first in the mile at the Air Force Team Challenge.

2013 Season:
Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary and finished fourth in the 5K…set the school record in the 5K with a time of 16:15.34 at the Mt. SAC Relays…ran 4:26.21 at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge in the 1500 which ranks fourth in the Hornet record book…best 800 time was 2:14.91 at the Hornet Invitational…indoors, she placed fifth at the Big Sky Championships in the 3K…ran 9:52.38 at the Meyo Invitational for her season best…set the school record in the 5K with a time of 16:49.39 at the Husky Classic…moved into fourth place in school history with a mile of 4:57.77 at the UW Open.

2012 Cross Country: Redshirted during the season.

2012 Season:
Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the 5K…finished fourth at the Big Sky Championships in the 5K and was sixth in the steeplechase…ran 16:38.31 in the 5K at the Mt. SAC Relays to record the second fastest time in school history…fastest steeplechase time was 11:03.09 at the Big Sky Championships…indoors, she was eighth at the Big Sky Championships in the 3K…set the school record in the 3K at the Husky Classic with a time of 9:48.86…her mile time of 5:08.08 at the Husky Open ranks 10th in school history.

2011 Cross Country:
Led Sacramento State in all six meets in which she competed…narrowly missed earned all-Big Sky honors after placing 14th at the conference championships…her time of 21:28 at the NCAA West Regional was the second fastest in school history at that meet…finished third at the Aggie Open and fifth at the Hornet Jamboree…best 5K time was 17:30.7 at the Santa Clara Invitational.

2011 Season:
Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the 5K…scored for the team in the steeplechase and the 5K at the Big Sky Championships…was fourth in the steeplechase with a season-best time of 10:55.56…that time ranked third in school history…placed eighth in the 5K…best 5K time was 16:43.64 at the Mt. SAC Relays…that performance was the second fastest by a Hornet…indoors, she qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the 3K…ran 10:01.36 at the Husky Classic to rank fifth in school history.

2010 Cross Country:
Ran in five meets…fastest 5K time was 17:50.1 at Santa Clara.

2010 Season:
Competed at the Big Sky Championships in the 10K…also ran the steeplechase and the 5K during the season…redshirted during the indoor season.

2009 Cross Country:
Competed in seven of the team’s eight meets as a true freshman…led the team in her first two meets, running 18:52 at the USF Invitational and 18:03 at the Hornet Jamboree…placed sixth at the WAC Preview and seventh at the Hornet Jamboree for her highest finishes…ran 20:37 at the WAC Preview for her best 6K time.

High School:
A 2009 graduate of American HS in Fremont, Calif...competed in cross country and track & field all four years...finished third in the 1,600 at the 2009 Sacramento Meet of Champions with a time of 5:03.42...ran 10:43 in the 3,200 at the California state meet...won the 2008 Mission Valley Athletic League title in the 1,600...was the MVAL cross country champion as a senior...was a two-time team MVP in cross country and track & field...top cross country times were 18:20 at the North Coast Section meet and 18:28 at the California state meet.
