2014 Season: Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the 800…finished second at the Big Sky Championships and was first at the Cal-Nevada Championships, Mondo Mid-Major Challenge and Beach Invitational in that event…ran 1:50.04 at the Beach Invitational for his season best…did not compete indoors.

2013 Season:
Placed fifth at the Big Sky Championships in the 800…ran in just one other meet during the outdoor season…posted a time of 1:51.78 in the finals…indoors, was third at the Big Sky Championships in the 800 after running 1:52.90…set the school record in the 800 (1:49.50) at the Husky Classic and the mile (4:08.23) at the Meyo Invitational.

2012 Season: Redshirted during the outdoor season…indoors, he finished eighth at the Big Sky Championships in the 800…competed in only two meets during the season due to injuries…his best was 1:55.67 in the qualifying round of the Big Sky meet.

2011 Season: Earned honorable mention All-America honors after finishing 24th in the 800…set the school record by running 1:48.35 in the second round of the NCAA West Preliminary where he finished 11th…earned all-Big Sky honors in both the 800 and 1500…finished second in the 1500 with a PR of 3:47.12…that time ranks fourth in school history…was third in the 800…had three 800 races under 1:50…indoors, he was second in the 800 and sixth in the mile at the Big Sky meet….set the school record in the 800 by running 1:51.03…ranks second in Hornet history in the mile with a best of 4:09.77 at the Husky Classic.

2010 Cross Country:
Represented Sacramento State in four meets…finished second on the team at the Santa Clara Invitational in a time of 24:43.3.

2010 Season:
Earned USATF Junior All-America honors after placing sixth in the 800 in June with a time of 1:50.82…that race came on the heels of his stunning win in the 800 at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships…ran 1:52.13 in the finals to win the race as a true freshman…best time during the year was 1:50.66 to win the Sacramento State Open and rank as the fifth-fastest in school history…also competed in the 1,500 during the year with a best of 3:51.72…that time ranks ninth in the Hornet record book…redshirted during the indoor season.

2009 Cross Country:
Competed in six meets during his first season…ran 25:35 at the Santa Clara Invitational for his fastest 8K time.

High School:
A 2009 graduate of Clayton Valley HS in Concord, Calif...ran cross country and track all four years...as a senior in cross country, he was named second team all-state, first team all-NorCal and all-Diablo Valley Athletic League...also earned all-DVAL honors as a sophomore and junior...won a pair of North Coast Section titles in track and was three times all-DVAL...placed third in the state in 2009 in the 800 with a time of 1:52.66...that mark set the school record...other top times include, 49.0 in the 400, 4:14.99 in the 1,600, 9:23 in the 3,200 and 15:15 in the 5K.
