RAIN FORCES POSTPONEMENT OF TODAY’S SOFTBALL GAME VS. UC DAVIS

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Due to rains that hit the Sacramento area throughout the night and are expected to last through the day, Wednesday’s softball game against UC Davis has been postponed. No makeup date has been announced yet.
Sacramento State (6-5), which defeated San Jose State yesterday in its home opener, returns to action later this week for the three-day Louisville Slugger Invitational in Stockton. The Hornets begin the tournament on Friday against both fourth-ranked Washington (11 a.m.) and host Pacific (3:30 p.m.). Live stats of every game can be found by clicking here.
