SOFTBALL’S GAME AT STANFORD CANCELLED BECAUSE OF POOR WEATHER

STANFORD, Calif. - Wednesday’s scheduled softball game between Sacramento State and sixth-ranked Stanford has been cancelled due to inclement weather in the Bay Area.

The two teams were supposed to play a single game at 6 p.m. this evening at Smith Family Stadium. The game will not be rescheduled.

Sacramento State (21-14, 2-2) returns to action this Friday-Saturday (April 14-15) as the team hosts Santa Clara for a four-game series. Doubleheaders on both days will begin at noon.
