2012 Season
Appeared in 19 games, all as a pinch runner…scored seven runs, which tied for the eighth best mark on the team…did not have an at-bat…scored what proved to be the game-winning run in both victories over rival UC Davis…named to the PCSC’s Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
High School
A 2011 graduate of Franklin High School in Elk Grove, Calif…played four years of varsity softball for the Wildcats at multiple positions, including second base, shortstop and outfield…was named Franklin High School’s Female Athlete of the Year as a senior…hit .431 her senior season with five doubles and five triples…was also 8-for-8 in stolen base opportunities…member of the 2008 Delta Valley League championship team that went 24-5 overall and 10-0 in conference…the Wildcats combined for a 30-10 league record during her four seasons…a Scholar-Athlete Award recipient all four years of high school.
Personal
Parents are Sharif and Dataki Estes…an environmental studies major…played in the summer of 2011 for the Mizuno All-American Gold (Elk Grove) travel team.
