2007 Season
Appeared in 40 games, including 22 starts in right field, four starts in center field and one start in left...hit .176 (6-for-34)...committed just one error (.977 fielding percentage) with three outfield assists...scored twice in five pinch running appearances...hit .333 (2-for-6) with runners in scoring position.

2006 Season

Appeared in all but two games, including 50 starts in right field and two in left field...struck out just five times in 81 at-bats...committed just one error all season...seventh on the team with 15 runs scored...had two triples, including the Hornets’ regular-season finale where she went 2-for-4 with a run, triple and an RBI...started 17 the team’s 20 PCSC games...named to the PCSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll (given to student-athletes with a 3.0 gpa or better) for the second year in a row.

2005 Season
Played in 42 games (seventh most on the team), including six starts at second base and 17 starts in right field...batted .218 (12-for-55) with 10 runs, three doubles, two triples and six stolen bases (in seven attempts)...also had three sacrifices...batted .375 (6-for-16) with two outs...entered 13 games as a pinch runner (scoring six runs)...had a double and an RBI against seventh-ranked Stanford on April 20...went 2-for-4 with a run, triple and an RBI vs. BYU...named to the PCSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2004 Season
Appeared in 27 games, including two starts in center field and one in right...inserted into a game 19 times as a pinch runner, while scoring on seven of those occasions...scored eight runs during the season with 14 at-bats and two stolen bases...scored one run in each of the first three games she appeared.

High School
A 2003 graduate of Monterey High School...played four years of both soccer and softball...played second base all four years and was named first team all-league in 2002...helped lead the 2003 softball team to a 32-2 overall record, an undefeated 16-0 league record and a third-place Central Coast Section finish...committed zero errors during her senior year and was given the team’s Best Defense Award as a junior...member of the school’s honor roll during her final three years (2001-03)...also a member of the National Honor Roll Society (2002-03) and recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award (2002-03).
 
Personal
Born March 12, 1985...a psychology major with a 3.38 gpa...on pace to graduate next spring...parents are Darryl Dawson and Lynn Johnson...played six years of club softball, spending the 2003 season with the Salinas Storm...that team finished the year with a ninth-place finish at the ASA Nationals.
