2007 Season
Spent the final five weeks of the season as the Hornets’ No. 2 starter...went 3-6 with a team-best 3.16 ERA...totalled 13 appearances, 10 starts and five complete games...pitched in 62.0 innings...made just three appearances through the first two months of the season...however, from April 6-May 6, she started 10 games in the circle...won three of her last five decisions after beginning the season 0-4...also allowed one earned run or less in three of her last four starts...allowed Saint Mary’s just three hits and one unearned run with a season-high seven strikeouts in an eight-inning victory on May 5...gave up five hits and one run in seven innings in a victory over San Diego...had a 5.48 ERA during her first three appearances (all in relief) before posting a 2.83 ERA in her 10 starts.
2006 Season
Finished the season with a 2-4 record, one save and a 2.83 ERA...had nine appearances, including three starts and three complete games...struck out 29 in 34.2 innings pitched...allowed just one home run all season...gave up two earned runs during her first six appearances of the season (a span of 25.2 innings)...had a career-high stretch of 14.0 consecutive scoreless innings...allowed St. Francis just one unearned run and seven hits in seven innings...named to the PCSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll (given to student-athletes with a 3.0 gpa or better).
2005 Season
Made 12 appearances on the mound, including five starts and three complete games...also had three combined shutouts (two with Brianne Ferguson, and one with Nikki Cinque)...pitched 35.0 innings during the season...against PCSC competition, she was 0-0 with a 2.80 ERA in three appearances...combined with Ferguson on a shutout of Saint Mary’s, and also combined with Cinque on a shutout of Saint Mary’s...had two at-bats during the season.
2004 Season
Posted a 3-5 record with a 2.93 ERA during her first intercollegiate season...made 15 appearances, including 12 starts, seven complete games and one shutout...struck out 44 batters in 67.0 innings of work...picked up her first win and shutout in a three-hitter against San Diego on Feb. 7...followed up that performance by allowing just two hits and one run in a complete-game victory over Loyola-Chicago...allowed two earned runs or less in 12 of her 15 appearances.

High School
A 2002 graduate of North Monterey County High School in Castroville, Calif...played four years of softball (pitcher) and volleyball (outside hitter)...in softball, she was a two-time all-Monterey Bay League and all-county selection (2001-02)...as a senior, she was named North Monterey County’s Female Athlete of the Year after posting a 0.36 ERA while walking just one batter all season long and recording over 200 strikeouts...that same season, she led the Monterey Bay League in strikeouts...a three-year member of the varsity team, she was named to a pair of all-tournament teams, including MVP of the Circle of Champions...recipient of the scholar-athlete award all four years of high school and was the school’s salutatorian in 2002.

Born Aug. 26, 1984...a communication studies major with a 3.41 gpa...parents are Mike and Diana Fryou...played four years of club softball (2000-03) for the Salinas Valley Wildcats.
