A 2009 graduate of Norco High School in Norco, Calif...played four years of varsity softball at both shortstop and in the outfield...as a team co-captain her senior year, she was named first team all-league, second team all-section and second team all-area after batting .354 with a .443 on-base percentage, and committing just four errors all season at shortstop...that 2009 squad won the CIF Southern Section Div. I championship and the Big Eight Conference title with a 32-2 overall record and a 13-1 league mark...Frye hit .556 during the section playoffs...during her career, she helped Norcal to a pair of league championships (2007, 2009), two Southern Section Div. I semifinal appearances (2007-08) and the section championship in 2009...recipient of the 2007 Principals Award and member of the honor roll her senior year.
