2008 Season
Appeared in 43 games, including 29 starts in right field...started 13 of the team’s final 16 games...hit safely in five of her last six games of the season, batting 9-for-18 with a double, triple, home run and 10 RBIs over that span...hit .292 overall, including .357 against conference competition, .370 with runners in scoring position and .361 with runners on base...had a career-best day at San Diego on May 4 after going 3-for-4 with three runs, a triple and career-high six RBIs...10 of Bartee’s 17 RBIs came with two outs.
 
2007 Season
Played in 18 games, including 13 starts in center field...appeared in 18 of the team’s first 24 games before suffering a hand injury sliding into home plate against Illinois at the Capital Classic (March 18)...missed the remainder of the season...in her first collegiate at-bat, she hit a two-run homer off Stanford’s Missy Penna...hit .200 (6-for-30) with two home runs and seven RBIs...did not commit an error in center field...hit in the Nos. 6, 7, 8 and 9 spots in the Hornets’ lineup.
 
High School
A 2006 graduate of San Marin High School in Novato, Calif...played four years of softball and two seasons of volleyball for the Mustangs...in softball, she was a four-time Marin County Athletic League selection, including the league MVP as a senior after batting .566 with a 1.019 slugging percentage against MCAL competition...named team MVP during both her junior and senior seasons...helped lead the team to North Coast Section championships in both 2003 and 2005...that includes a second place finish at the Western Nationals in 2005...the Mustangs also won a league championship in 2004...as a junior, she hit .438 with a .471 on-base percentage and 11 stolen bases in 12 attempts...served as the school’s co-Senior Class President in 2006.

Personal
Born June 29, 1988...parents are Jim and Grace Bartee...a health science major...played for the 18-under California Haze ASA team from 2001-06...helped lead the team to a second-place finish at Western Nationals in 2005.
