TICKETS NOW ON SALE FOR NCAA SOFTBALL REGIONAL

Tickets are now on sale for Sacramento State’s run at the 2008 NCAA Softball Regionals at Fresno State.
The Fresno State Ticket Office will be reserving tickets for Sacramento State fans. These tickets will be the all session upper reserve seating for the entire tournament at a cost of $50. To purchase your tickets, please call Sacramento State Ticket Manager T’Anté Sims at (916) 278-2222 by Thursday, May 15, at noon.
Fans wishing to buy single-day or another all-session package can contact the Fresno State Ticket Office at (559) 278-DOGS or online at www.gobulldogs.com. Single day tickets will go on sale beginning Friday, May 16, at 9 a.m.
The Hornets (32-19) will play No. 16 seed Fresno State (51-11) in the first round at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 16. Joining Fresno State and Sacramento State at the Regional will be Cal (40-24) and San Diego State (43-15), who will face one another in Friday’s other game at 5 p.m.
Game 3 on Saturday will feature the winners of game 1 vs. game 2 at noon. Game 4 will feature the loser of game 1 vs. the loser of game 2 at 2:30 p.m. The final game on Saturday, game 5, will see the loser of game 3 take on the winner of game 4 at 5 p.m.
The Regional Championship will take place on Sunday at 1 p.m. with the winner of game 3 taking on the winner of game 5. Since the tournament is double elimination, if a game 7 is necessary, it will be played at approximately 3:30 p.m. with the winner advancing to the Super Regional.

Everyone 2 years of age or older will need a ticket in order to enter the facility.
All-Session Tickets go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, May 13 after 12 p.m.
Single Day Tickets go on sale on Friday, May 16, beginning at 9 a.m.
