As a senior (2019): Competed with both the varsity four and second varsity eight during the spring season…sat in the two seat on four occasions with the second varsity eight, including the boat’s final three races of the year…sat at two for the second varsity eight’s silver medal winning performance at the WIRA Championship…also stroked the varsity four on four occasions.

As a junior (2018):
After stroking the varsity four at the Sacramento State Invitational, Contreras competed with the second varsity eight in each of the boat’s final 11 spring races…sat in the two seat on 10 occasions, and the four seat once…won a silver medal with the second varsity eight at both the American Athletic Conference Championship and the WIRA Championship…in her only appearance with the varsity four, she stroked the boat to a first-place finish at the Sacramento State Invite…an American Athletic Conference All-Academic selection.

As a sophomore (2017):
Competed in one race with the varsity four, and, on five occasions with the second varsity four…named the team’s Most Improved Rower…sat at stroke with the second varsity four on four occasions, including the boat’s bronze medal winning performance at the WIRA Championship…also sat in the two seat with the second varsity four at the American Athletic Conference Championship…sat at two with the Hornets’ varsity four at the Sacramento State Invitational.

As a freshman (2016):
Competed with three different boats during the spring, primarily with the fourth varsity eight…with the fourth varsity eight, she sat in the two seat on two occasions and once in the four seat…sat at two with the third varsity eight at the WIRA Championship…also stroked the novice four at the season-opening Sacramento State Invitational.

Personal: Graduated from Sacramento State in May of 2019 with a criminal justice degree.
