As a freshman (2014): Competed with the second novice eight in all six of the boat’s races during the spring…that included sitting in the four seat on four occasions, and twice in the two seat…sat at four with the gold-medal winning second novice eight at the WIRA Championships…earned Conference USA’s Academic Medal, awarded to student-athletes that carry a cumulative grade point average of 3.75 or better…also named to the Conference USA Honor Roll for her work in the classroom.

High School: A 2013 graduate of North Salinas High School in Salinas, Calif…competed four years of volleyball and three years of swimming for the Vikings…was a second team all-Monterey Bay League selection during both her junior and senior seasons of volleyball…was the starting middle blocker for the 2010 league championship volleyball squad…top mark in swimming was a 6:52 in the 500 freestyle, which she recorded in 2012…a California Scholarship Federation (CSF) Gold Sealbearer.

Parents are Bill and Jean…a recreation and park administration major…worked over 300 hours of community service during her high school tenure.
