As a senior (2013): Was annointed a team co-captain, but missed the spring season with injury.

As a junior (2012):
Competed with the second varsity eight in the two seat the first three races of the season before missing a good portion of the year with a back injury…came back for the last regatta of the season where she competed at bow for the team’s open eight entry than won bronze at the Pacific Coast Rowing Championships…also sat at bow with the second varsity four at the Sacramento State Invitational.

As a sophomore (2011): Competed with the second varsity eight in every spring race for the second straight year…sat in the four seat during the early part of the season before competing the last seven races in the two seat…that included sitting at two with the JV8 which won gold at the WIRA Championships for the second time in school history (and first time since 2004)…won a bronze with the team’s open eight entry at the Pacific Coast Rowing Championships.

As a freshman (2010):
Despite being a freshman, Fletcher competed with the second varsity eight in the two seat in every spring race…helped the JV8 to a second-place finish in the JV Heavyweight Eight final at the Dad Vail Regatta…that marked the boat’s first-ever appearance at the prestigious regatta.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Newark Memorial High School in Newark, Calif…played four sports for the Cougars, including three years of both volleyball and basketball, two seasons of softball, and one year of track…competed one season with the NorCal Crew (Redwood City, Calif.) in the bow seat with the Novice A boat.

Parents are Frank and Donna Fletcher…a sociology major…has a 7:32.4 time on the 2,000-meter ergometer test.
