Sacramento State seniors Emily Airoldi and Jessa Carlson, and junior Caitlin Brennan were each recipients of the National Scholar-Athlete Award, it was announced today by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA).

Two Sacramento State rowers (juniors Sarah Pivonka and Caitlin Brennan) and a coxswain (senior Jessa Carlson) each fared well at an assortment of summer regattas, including the USRowing Club National Championships, the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta and the USRowing U-23 World Championship Trials.
